What is included in the price?

Primer, paint, two coats, pressure washing on exteriors, drywall patch, caulk, nail-hole fix, furniture moving, floor cover, clean-up, and hauling the old cans away.

What paint do you use?

Sherwin Williams is the default. Two coats plus one coat of primer. Customer-supplied paint is fine. Salt-air and mildew-resistant paints are available on request.

What is the warranty?

Two years on the workmanship. Touch-ups after we leave are part of the warranty.

How far out are you booked?

About three months on average. Larger exterior jobs run 5 to 7 days on site. We pause for rain.

Do you handle HOA approvals and commercial jobs?

Yes. HOA and AOAO paperwork handled. Commercial work includes restriping, waterproofing, and condo high-rise work.

Standard on every project, not a premium add-on. If a touch-up is needed after we leave, that is on us. Hawaii weather is hard on paint. A yearly rinse on the exterior keeps the finish honest, and we'll show you how.
